The outcome of revision knee arthroplasty is influenced by many factors. It is of great importance to estimate the outcome of a revision surgery and identify those factors influencing the outcome in order to select the right patient and optimize the treatment.
Several studies will be performed to determine:
which factors influence functional outcome after revision knee arthroplasty.
which factors regarding fixation will influence the survival of the revision surgery.
The micromotion and specific complications of hinge knee implants.
